Today I went with a group of ladies from the local church to a gathering of women's institutes from various union churches in the Bay of Pleny.After the formalities of the meeting and a communion service we travelled from Whakatane to the beach side town of Ohope where we were served lunch outside at the Bouganvillea Cafe.
It was a beautiful, warm day and it was nice to be able to enjoy lunch outside.
