Nymans, A Garden for all Seasons

Another day out in our winter wonderland.
This time we went to a National Trust location, Nymans, a garden for all seasons.
We went by taxi and the drive alone was very special, taking in this ongoing winter wonderland.
Rick and Hannah tell me that areas like this are ideal for picnics in the summer months and they have been known to take along some snacks, a bottle of Prosecco, a blanket and have a picnic there themselves.
The remains of a burnt out building on the property that has been left to become part of the landscape. It is very effective.
At the moment Nymans have a Beatrix Potter exhibition.  I enjoyed reading and looking at background information regarding her work.
As part of the exhibition work had been done to recreate some of the scenes from Beatrix Potter stories.
To keep this quilty can you spot the patchwork quilt on the bed?
