Welcoming a new year
We have had a lot of hot, sticky weather during December and it was nice to welcome the New Year with much nicer weather.
Our dining room provides lovely views to relax and enjoy our meals. I cooked roast pork, roast vegetables (potato, sweet potato, carrots and parsnips) and broccoli. We washed that down with some lovely sparkly sauvignon blanc.
