Not much stitching happening here

That is right.  Over two days I have only managed to stitch one patchwork block but that block is a special one.

Our Sweet Pea group is taking up the challenge of making blocks for each other's birthdays.

At our last meeting Linda shared the block she wants us to make for her birthday which just happens to fall tomorrow on the 4th August.

Not only did Linda share the block she wanted us to make but she also gave us all the fabric required to make the blocks.  They look very sharp.

We are off to a good start for the birthday girl.  Our other two sisters and brother-in-law have come to visit and tomorrow we are going to celebrate with friend, Debbie, with a roast dinner.
