Good Morning to you, I'm sure that the wear and tear on this quilt, means that it has been used often and loved.....and now it looks beautiful adorning your peacock chair. Can I just say, when I was in my 20's I so wanted to own a peacock chair, but they were so expensive I just could not afford one....thank you for the memory....you know I still love peacock chairs!Have a lovely day,Best WishesDaphne
Thank you, Daphne, the ageing of the quilt means it is lovely and soft to touch which is special in itself.I love the style of the peacock chair as well. Linda bought it for our Mum. As far as she can remember she bought it at a second hand shop so the outlay was not what it might have been if it was brand new.It is nice to have it is a piece of furniture at our place.
